Lazy Friday Night (General Tso's Chicken)

After a long work week, sometimes you just want to stay in on a Friday night, make a quick dinner, sit on the couch, and watch a movie or catch up on the DVR. Last night was just one of those nights.  I made a quick General Tso's Chicken that is so yummy and easy and not bad for you that you may never order in Chinese again.

 General Tso's Chicken
  1. Lightly dust 1lb of chicken chunks in flour (you can use breast or boneless chicken thighs-I use either depending on my mood)
  2. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet and add the chicken
  3. When the chicken is a few minutes from being done add 1-2 heads of broccoli that have been cut into florets
  4. Add Iron Chef brand General Tso's Sauce when the broccoli is as done as you like it. Use as much sauce as you want, depends on how saucy you want it. For some heat add some hot chili oil or Srirach
  5. I use some scallion at the end to garnish
  6. Serve over rice or some sort of noddle
